In this workshop, you will learn about different types of boundaries, explore, understand, and establish them. You will learn how to practice and communicate those boundaries in an effective and respectful manner. By setting boundaries, you create guidelines on how you would like to be treated, meet your needs, and care for yourself. You also ensure that there is a level of mutual respect in your relationship with yourself and others. When you practice healthy boundaries, you:
