In this class, you will explore and practice tools to integrate self-compassion into your daily life. By practicing self-compassion, we are able to create a space of love and understanding for ourselves. We increase resilience, encourage personal growth, decrease depression, and stress. Self-compassion gives us what we need to navigate through challenges in a successful manner.
All participants will receive a PDF file of class content and worksheets. Access to the video recording of the class will be available for 30 days.
