Intro to Mindfulness Applications to Reduce & Manage Stress
One of the beliefs in mindfulness practice is that it’s not necessarily about what happens to you, it’s how you experience it. Mindfulness applications can be used to change how we experience things, to experience them in a less stressful, productive and positive way. When we change how we experience things with our well-being and the betterment of ourselves in mind, we facilitate positive transformation and growth. Learn to manage stress and not have stress manage you.
