Nutrition Wellness & Mindfulness - Boost Your Immune System and Establish a Healthy Relationship with Food
SELF-CARE SUNDAY (held the 3rd Sunday of each month with varying topics)
In this month's series, we will go over:
- Practical and affordable nutrition to boost your immune system and optimize your health.
- Mindfulness applications to change unhealthy relationships with food to healthy ones.
- We will close with a guided meditation promoting health-giving habits.
