An Online Event with Pierre-Etienne Vannier MSc, CHt
During this program, you will learn how to reconnect with your body and use therapeutic tremors to settle your nervous system. This practice helps to improve sleep and focus, reduce stress and anxiety, reduce pain, etc.
We will NOT be doing any physical exercise. While the 1st session is mainly dedicated to laying the foundations and understanding the framework for the work we’ll do together, we will start practicing some gentle movements designed to help you generate subtle and gentle therapeutic tremors. The goal is to make this practice effortless and enjoyable.
Before each session please make sure to:
- Wear comfortable clothes (sweat pants, stretchy pants, etc).
- Have a place where you can lay down comfortably (bed, yoga mat, carpet, large sofa, etc)
- Have pillows and a light blanket available to you.

NOTE: The program begins on Tuesday, April 27th from 9-10AM (PST) and will be held each Tuesday at the same time through to May 18th.
